Many times a long term commitment comes out of a short term experience. Therefore we encourage, value and welcome short term workers and short term teams.

We believe in networking and partnership.

·       There is a saying: “If you want to travel fast travel alone, if you want to travel far travel together.”

·       Short term workers are called to come, help, serve and encourage long term workers in their vision and ministry. Therefore good communication with the long term field workers is very important before coming!

·       Short termers who like to go to places where there is no long term work happening yet have to consider how they can release a long term and a long lasting, worker(s).
